All Globechat members have the ability to access their account details and user functions with supplied login credentials. Members can login via the home page. The website was designed with user-friendliness in mind and help is available in all areas as tooltips. Simple mouse-over the help icon for an explanation or instructions for use.
Members are also guaranteed of the secure transmission of information within the user account and payment area. The transmission of information to and from this area is encrypted with an SSL certificate issued by Geotrust. Simply look for this icon to be assured of you secure online experience. You may view details of the certificate by double clicking on this icon.
Globechat members will soon have the ability to provide feedback. Members will be able to send feedback via a feedback form that will be available in their user account area. Alternatively, members may also wish to provide feedback via email at admin@globechat.com.au.
